Technical Co-Founder - Energy Optimization Software (m/f/d)

About the Job We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Technical Co-Founder (m/f/d) to join one of our studio companies in Munich or Nuremberg. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the technical foundation and drive the product vision for an innovative B2B SaaS solution focused on optimizing energy purchasing for industrial companies.

As a core member of the founding team, you'll be instrumental in designing and building the MVP as well as deciding on the key architecture of the product. You will shape the company from the ground up and be part of its continued growth journey.

In this role you'll: Work hand-in-hand with the founding team on building an industry-defining companyTake full ownership of the technical roadmap and architectureChoose and implement the tech stackDevelop and launch the company's first scalable software product (MVP)Collaborate closely with early pilot customers to refine and iterate on the productEstablish robust engineering processes to ensure product scalability and reliabilityLead the recruitment, onboarding, and growth of the technical team as the company scalesActively contribute to the company's overall strategy, growth, and success Your Profile You are a passionate builder and leader with:
